Staff and the EOTEC Advisory Committee has been overseeing and participating in the public outreach portion of a strategic planning effort led by SSW Consulting. The outreach included information dissemination efforts during the Umatilla County Fair. Following the fair an electronic survey was conducted promoted on Facebook and with email blasts to various lists. Focus groups were held as well as one-on-one interviews with various stakeholders. The outreach was concluded with an open house at the EOTEC Event Center in conjunction 

All of that public input was reviewed and put into the draft report before you. The committee has reviewed the report and is looking for council feedback before they begin the process of prioritization.
