A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING GOVERNMENT ASSISTED HOUSING PROGRAMS.



Summary and Background

The Harkenrider Center Project is largely funded by the a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).  The granting agency requires a mid-project review and that the City update its Fair Housing policy.  This policy update is referenced in the attached Resolution No. 2085.  

Tie-In to Council Goals:

Complete the Harkenrider Center.

Fiscal Information

Continued project funding of the Harkenrider Project is contingent upon passage of Resolution No. 2085.
