Updating Chapter 134, Chronic Nuisance Properies
Summary and Background
In the effort to review all city ordinances, Chapter 134 was reviewed. There were no major policy shifts made to the ordinance. The changes recommended were to more clearly adhere to state law and municipal best practice in this difficult area of nuisance abatement.
