Updating Chapter 132 of Code of Hermiston
Summary and Background
As part of an overall effort to update all city ordinances, a review of Chapter 132, Drug Paraphernalia was reviewed. Nearly all of the updates in this ordinance relate to bringing us in compliance with the recent state law changes related to marijuana and to the federal law changes related to hemp.
