In 2015, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2006 appointing three Municipal Court Judges Pro-tem as directed in the 2015 Hermiston City Charter.
Due to conflicts of interest and availability the Hermiston Municipal Court needs an additional Municipal Court Judge Pro-tem to hear a particular case.
