TITLE:  Ordinance No. 2305- Repealing and Amending Certain Sections in Chapters 31 and 33 of the Municipal Code 
Subject

Update and revision of City of Hermiston Municipal Code Chapter 33, City Policies, as it relates to the Municipal Court.



Summary and Background

This revised ordinance clears up some contradictions and redundancy in the existing code and better clarifies the role of the court.   This will then better align with the goals of the City.

This directly applies to Goal 6: Improve the Community’s Access to Justice.
