Resolutions related to the adoption of FY 2020-2021 Budget for the City of Hermiston
Summary and Background
City Resolutions 2154, 2155, 2156 and 2157 are being presented for Council approval.
Resolution 2154 declares the City of Hermiston’s intention/election to receive State revenues pursuant to ORS 221.070.
Resolution 2155 adopts the City of Hermiston’s budget, makes appropriations, imposes, and categorizes taxes for FY 2020-2021.
Resolution 2156 establishes Reserve Accounts in the City of Hermiston’s Reserve Fund for FY 2020-2021.
Resolution 2157 establishes the Compensation Plan for City of Hermiston employees effective July 1, 2020.
Tie-In to Council Goals:
The proposed budget for the City of Hermiston for FY2020-2021 ties into City Council Goals for FY2021 in exercising fiscal prudence, supporting development of housing, supporting the local economy through attracting new businesses and job opportunities, investing in Hermiston’s transportation infrastructure and providing city facilities that meet current and future needs of the Hermiston community.

Resolution 2154 - A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY OF HERMISTON'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES.
Resolution 2155 - A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE CITY OF HERMISTON'S FY2020-2021 BUDGET.
Resolution 2156 - A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RESERVE FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF HERMISTON FOR FY2020-2021.
Resolution 2157 - A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY OF HERMISTON EMPLOYEES FOR FY2020-2021, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2020.
