Installing two new stop signs at each intersections of E. Oregon Ave & NE 6th St, and at W Joseph Ave & SW 10th St, bringing both up to 4-way stops.  

Joseph/10th- Since 2015 there have been 44 new homes built/placed in this area, this total does not include any of the Wolf Run subdivision going in south of Gettman Rd, mostly because they would probably use 11^th or 9th Street, however this may change during the school year.

Oregon/6^th- Since 2013 there have been approximately 80 new housing units built in this area (that does not include the Manufactured Homes placed in the park West of 4^th, because they can’t access 4^th).  The town homes still have about 16 units left to build in their current phase, and the single family area of Cimmaron Terrace hasn’t even started generating trips yet, so all 33 single family homes in their current phase are still on the way.  I think it’s pretty obvious that the Cimmaron Terrace folks are using Oregon to access NE 4^th. This intersection has also received a safety complaint as well.

Goal 5- invest in Hermiston's transportation infrastructure to meet growth demands and improve overall traffic flow.
