Resolution #2166 to Supplement FY2021 Budget
Summary and Background
Resolution #2166 authorizes additional expenditures in three funds.
In the GENERAL FUND authorize expenditure of $540,000 for CARES Act expenditures (to be reimbursed by CARES Act funding provided by Congress via the state of Oregon.)
In the RESERVE FUND increase Cash Forward for $159,890 representing balance of insurance received for City Hall fire damage.
In the CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION FUND increase Capital Outlay for $9,600,000 for the construction of a new city hall and library renovation.
Tie-In to Council Goals:
This action today supports City Council Goal #7: Provide city facilities that meet the current and future needs of the Hermiston community.
