Fiscal Information
Below are the bid numbers including the additional work in a parking lot and in water/sewer line construction.
We issued $9.6 million in bonds and I will round the library project up to $1 million. That leaves us with $8.6 for this project. The Base Bid numbers below include approximately $400,000 in costs from different sources. After getting the contractor on board, we will be able to get the specifics on those costs. With our current calculations we will have money available for furnishings and possibly some left over to begin planning for phase 2 at the library.
