A nonexclusive Recreation Easement to use a strip of land is necessary for the purpose of public recreation.
Summary and Background
The City of Hermiston is asking the Council to ratify the approval of the recreation easement executed in 2019.
For the City Council's reference, the recreation easement allows the City, via the Parks and Recreation Department, to access the private property owned by REGLA, LLC, also known as Sunshine Court, to install signs, fencing, control systems and perform maintenance functions for the purpose of public recreation.
