A nonexclusive Recreation Easement to use a strip of land is necessary for the purpose of public recreation.
Summary and Background
The City of Hermiston is asking the Council to approve a recreation easement that will allow the City, via the Parks and Recreation Department, to access the private property owned by OR4 Hermiston, LLC, also known as Avamere, to install signs, fencing, control systems and perform maintenance functions for the purpose of public recreation.
