TITLE:  Ordinance No. 2327- An Ordinance Amending Chapter 110 of the Hermiston Municipal Code, entitled "Airport Commercial Business" 
Subject

An update to the Airport Commercial Business Ordinance (Chapter 110) is proposed.

Summary and Background

In our continuing effort to update the city ordinances, Chapter 110 relating to Airport Commercial Business needs to be updated. It was adopted in 1977 and little to no changes have been made since then.

 

There are a lot of changes in this ordinance but all of those changes bring us current with our existing practices and existing laws governing the airport.
