An update to the Structural Maintenance Regulations, Chapter 135 of the Hermiston Municipal Code is proposed.
Summary and Background
As part of the effort to update the city ordinances, Chapter 135 relating to Structural Maintenance Regulations was updated by addressing the following areas:
- Clarify and update definitions
- Remove duplicative material
- Establish the path of appeals
