Summary and Background
Gregg Flowers of PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc has submitted a final plat for Phase 6 of the Desert Sky Subdivision. The property is described as 4N2815AD Tax Lot 4500. the property is zoned Single Family Residential (R-1). The applicant proposes to create 7 lots of approximately .25 acres and one lot of 6.72 acres reserved for future development.
The planning commission's approval of the preliminary plat was subject to nine conditions.

Fiscal Information
Eight R-1 lots will result in seven new housing units priced between $250,000 and $350,000. These housing units will produce an average $1,717 to $2,404 in municipal tax revenue. The net result is approximately $14,080 in tax revenue to the city at full build-out.
