A Housekeeping Ordinance Amending the Excessive Noise Nuisance by Adding and Deleting Certain Language.
Summary and Background
On August 13, 2018 the Council adopted Ordinance No. 2259 updating the 30 year old Noise Ordinance; however, when Ordinance No. 2259 repealed certain sections where the Code of Ordinances contained cross-references those cross-references were not properly addressed. Therefore, a housekeeping ordinance is needed to accurately reflect the cross-references changed from Ordinance No. 2259.

Do not approve the housekeeping ordinance correcting cross-references in the code.
Recommendation
Approve Ordinance No. 2262, correcting cross-references in the code.
