12.RECESS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION- Approximately 30 Minutes
A.The City Council of the City of Hermiston will now meet in Executive Session in the City Hall Conference Room for the purpose of discussing matters pertaining to labor negotiations. The Executive Session is held pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (d) which allows the Council to meet in Executive Session to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the Council to carry labor negotiations.
