In order to follow public gathering and social distancing guidelines set forth by state authorities, a limited number of chairs will be available for citizens to attend the meeting in person; those attending must also wear a face mask. The City will livestream the meeting at https://bit.ly/HermistonYouTube and it will also be available following the meeting. The public can also listen to the meeting by phone or offer comment remotely by dialing 1-339-209-4508. 11.RECESS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION- AT OR AFTER 7:30PM
